Why "The LIFE Symposium"?

Hello, and welcome to my blog: The LIFE Symposium.
When coming up with a name for my blog I wanted to let the content drive my inspiration. Problem was, (and is) that I couldn’t decide on what topics I wanted to write about.
So, I clinched on a name vague and generic enough that I could write about anything and anyone I wanted, (I would only say nice things of course, unless provoked to do otherwise.) I know it doesn’t really matter what I name my blog…after all, it’s my blog, so I can write whatever I like regardless of its title, but if you know me then you know I could never do that. :)
So here I am, chipping away at my first post, in a room lit only by two glowing computer monitors, and snacking on Special K - no milk, still not sure where I am going with this, still not sure what I am going to write about.
